The Curbmaster 6000/Curbmaster 6000X is the all-in-one Curb, Gutter and Pavement Sidewalk Slipform Curbing Machine. It is considered as the most powerful model in Curbmaster Machinery.

The 20HP(horsepower) electronic ignition high performance petrol engine demonstrates the ability to extrude up to 500 linear meters of concrete curb with slurry/grout coating in 8 working hours.

Curbmaster 6000 can extrude up to maximum curb profile of 600mm width x 450mm height.
Curbmaster 6000X can extrude up to a maximum curb profile of 900mm width x 350mm height.

No other Curbing Machine like the Curbmaster 6000 can be operated on top of irregular roads, soil, or any unleveled site with a maximum unleveled height of 3 inches/75mm! There is virtually no need for leveling the site before operating the Curbmaster 6000!

Operates from 0 to 20 degrees of slope slant!

Thanks to Patent-Pending Quad 4X Tyre, Curbmaster 6000 now is able to perform curb extrusion in slopes as slant as 20 degrees! The Quad 4X Tyre also increases the traction, forcing the curb into a higher compaction than any other Curbing Machine!

Very small crew to get your Curbmaster running!

A two man crew is the minimum requirement for operating the Curbmaster 6000. The first man will Operating the Curbmaster, and the second man will feed in concrete mix. To extrude up to 500 linear meters, you may require a 5 man crew. Projects with many driveways or drains may require up to 7 crews.

Curbmaster 6000 is now built with a 20HP OHV Powered Engines and coupled with a 60:1 ratio unique gear reduction system, which delivers supercharged power to force concrete mix into mould with maximum compaction. The engine has more horsepower for easy ignition even the cement mix is already fed into the hopper. Using Curbmaster will allow you to extrude a curb with high reliability.

Curbmaster 6000 is fabricated using high-end CNC Cutting Machines, producing accurate, precise components and body parts, which ensures genuine quality for each Curbmaster 6000.

Curbmaster 6000 is frequently used for commercial road curbing, mostly used during executing projects up to 30 kilometers or more. You can find Curbmaster 6000 applications mostly highway curbs, city roads, driveways, suburban streets, carparks, residential sidewalks, and more.

Usually our customers design their Curbmaster 6000 custom curb moulds to include with gutter, to divert rainwaters to drainage.

Pavement sidewalks can also be done with Curbmaster 6000.
