One of the unique features of BizCurb BC-400 is that it can extrude not just Curbs, but also can extrude Large Curbs with Gutter, which is a very big improvement for landscape gardening curbs.A very big hopper is designed to allow more filling of cement mixtures by manually feeding or by truck feeding.

BizCurb BC-400 is powered by a 6.5 Horsepower HONDA Engine, which saves alot of fuel, and can run double the mould size of small landscape gardening curbing machines available currently in the market.

BizCurb BC-400 can extrude up to 200 linear meters in 8 working hours.

Operates from 0 to 20 degrees of slope slant!

BizCurb BC-400 now is able to perform curb extrusion in slopes as slant as 20 degrees!

Very small crew to get your Curbmaster running!

A two man crew is the minimum requirement for operating the BizCurb BC-400. The first man will Operating the BizCurb, and the second man will feed in concrete mix. To extrude up to 500 linear meters, you may require a 5 man crew. Projects with many driveways or drains may require up to 7 crews.

Usually our customers design their BizCurb BC-400 custom curb moulds to include with gutter, to divert rainwaters to drainage.
